4Orders, Payment & Shipping

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping: Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products and for health and safety reasons:

•Products can be returned only if damaged during shipping or if wrong items were sent
•Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
•Products must be unopened and in original packaging
•Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, formulations, and software, is the property of Tamra Ayurveda and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The traditional formulations developed by Dr. Mahavir Singh and our proprietary preparation methods are our intellectual property. 2.If unsuccessful, binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration laws
3.Courts in Bhagpat, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction
