Important Health & Safety Notice

For health and safety reasons, we have a limited return policy for Ayurvedic products. This protects our customers from contamination and ensures product integrity.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned
  • Products must be in original, unopened condition
  • All returns are subject to quality inspection
  • Custom formulations are non-returnable

1 Returnable Items

We Accept Returns For:

  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Wrong items sent by mistake
  • Manufacturing defects (rare)
  • Expired products received
  • Incomplete orders (missing items)
  • Unopened sealed products within 7 days

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Custom-made formulations
  • Products used beyond trial period
  • Change of mind after 7 days
  • Products without original packaging
  • Damaged due to misuse or improper storage

2 Return Process & Timeline

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Email returns@tamraayurveda.com or call our customer care with your order number and reason for return.

Deadline: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Return Authorization

We'll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping label within 24 hours.

Required: Photos of damaged/wrong products may be requested

Package & Ship

Pack items in original packaging, include RAN, and ship using our prepaid label within 3 days.

Important: We cover return shipping for defective/wrong items only

Inspection & Processing

We inspect returned items within 2-3 business days and process refund/replacement accordingly.

Timeline: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after approval

Refund Amount: Full product cost + shipping charges (for defective/wrong items). Customer-initiated returns (change of mind) are subject to 10% restocking fee and customer bears return shipping cost.

  • Same product, different packaging size
  • Alternative product with similar benefits
  • Exchange value must be within ±20% of original
  • Subject to product availability

Free Replacements

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items sent
  • Expired products (within 30 days of receipt)

  • Non-returnable due to personalized nature
  • Replacement only if manufacturing error occurs
  • Free consultation for adjustment if needed

Fresh & Perishable Products

Fresh herbal preparations, oils, and ghee-based medicines with shorter shelf life.

  • Return window: 3 days only
  • Must be stored as per instructions
  • Temperature-sensitive items require immediate reporting

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Large quantity orders for practitioners, clinics, or resellers.

  • Special return terms apply (contact support)
  • Quality inspection at our facility
  • Partial returns may be acceptable

6 Return Packaging Requirements

Proper Packaging Checklist:

  • Use original shipping box if available

  • Place RAN clearly visible inside box
  • Use our prepaid return label
