For health and safety reasons, we have a limited return policy for Ayurvedic products. This protects our customers from contamination and ensures product integrity.
Email returns@tamraayurveda.com or call our customer care with your order number and reason for return.
Deadline: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
We'll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping label within 24 hours.
Required: Photos of damaged/wrong products may be requested
Pack items in original packaging, include RAN, and ship using our prepaid label within 3 days.
Important: We cover return shipping for defective/wrong items only
We inspect returned items within 2-3 business days and process refund/replacement accordingly.
